12 Week Programme

This programme is a personalised weight loss plan tailored specifically towards what works for you and fits into your current lifestyle. Some people find it easy to take on a lot of changes all at once and others prefer to do things more slowly over a longer period of time. No one way is better, it’s all dependent on what works best for you. Whatever your preference this programme will work for you. It is a healthy method of achieving long lasting weight loss while maintaining a healthy body & mind.

Blood Sugar Balancing

12 Week Programme

When your blood sugar levels are imbalanced, you’ll notice certain patterns in your energy levels and food cravings throughout the day. You may find it difficult waking up in the mornings as well as a slump in energy in the afternoons, along with cravings for coffee and tea and sweet treats to keep you going. A cycle of imbalanced blood sugar like this can lead many problems such as significant weight gain, difficulty losing weight, fatigue, irritability, headaches, dizziness, brain fog,  shakiness, anxiety and even depression.

8 Week Programme

Most of us are faced with many different stresses in our daily lives as well as relying on stimulants such as sugar, caffeine, alcohol & nicotine, to help us through the day. This programme shows you how a wholefood diet, some gentle exercise and simple relaxation techniques can help you to cope more easily with the everyday stresses in life, without the need to rely on stimulants or any other substances, leading to improved mood and a better sense of well being. Even the smallest change can have a lasting impact.

8 Week Programme

There are many motivating factors for people to strive towards a balanced diet & lifestyle, including improved overall health, improved mental health, weight loss, better skin, hair and nails, the list goes on. However, it can be difficult to know exactly what a balanced diet and lifestyle actually is with so much conflicting information at our fingertips. One source will tell you that fat is the enemy, the next will tell you to eat lots of fat but to avoid sugar. This programme will demystify any food and diet myths and will show you a long-lasting way to achieving health and vitality in your life.

About Me

Healthy Me was established in September 2014 by Kate Doyle, after graduating with distinction in Dietary Counselling from the Institute of Health Sciences in Dublin.

Kate has a keen interest in health and nutrition and lives by the philosophy -You are what you eat and don’t excrete!! She loves to continuously learn about the nutrition of different foods and the impact they have on the body. She has a genuine passion for helping others reach their personal health goals and has a friendly personable approach to health coaching.

Prior to changing careers, Kate worked in the Financial Services industry. In 2004 she graduated from the NUIG with a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Hons). Kate also has a keen interest in yoga and holds a Hatha Yoga Teaching qualification.
